Download:


  1. Open a Webbrowser on your PC or laptop.
  2. Go to Synology Download Center (https://www.synology.com/en-global/support/download/DS720+?version=7.0#utilities) and select your NAS model (1). You can find your NAS model on the invoice.
  3. Go to the tab "Desktop Utilities" (2) and download "Synology Drive Client" (3) for Windows, Mac, or Ubuntu. On Windows you need to install "Windows exe"
  4. Open it when it's finnished.(4)
  5. If it says that the programm isnt trusted just click on "trust once".




  1. When the installation is finished, Drive will open. Click "Start now".
  2. Fill in your QuickConnect ID or IP address in the top row of the login screen, and click on the magnifying glass next to it. Log in using your Synology username and password, and click 'Next'. QuickConnect ID or IP adress just as username and password will you receive from us.
  3. Optional: If you use a 2FA (Two-Factor-Authenticator), you must now enter your 6-digit Code
  4. Choose the Synology folder that you want to synchronize with your PC and click 'OK'.
  5. If you have more than one folder which you wanna synchronize, click on "Create" in the "Sync Tasks"-screen.
  6. Choose the Folder you wanna sync and a folder location where it should show the Data on your PC and click "Done"



If everything worked it should look like that:



Now your folders are syncronized!

You will find them in the explorer on the left site "Synology Drive".
